Creative and graphic design UAE GCC Syria MENA

Creative and graphic design services that hold up in every format

Creative and graphic design services cover the visual work a brand produces once its identity exists: campaign key visuals, social content, motion, presentations, print and packaging. Nexlla designs that work in Arabic and English for companies across the UAE, the GCC, Syria and the wider MENA region, starting from one idea and adapting it to every size it has to fill.

On the table: real screens from Dubai Metaverse, MetaConnect, Arabs Marketing Agency, Golex and GolStaking. Move the loupe across them (or tap a piece) to look closer.

Under one roof

Eight kinds of creative work, one studio

Most companies in the region need several of these at once, because a launch rarely stops at one poster. Keeping them in one studio means the key visual, the reel and the sales deck share the same type, colour and Arabic typesetting instead of drifting apart across three suppliers. Every piece is designed in Arabic and English side by side, so neither language is fitted into the space the other left behind.

  1. 01

    Campaign key visuals

The master image and headline lockup a campaign is built around, resolved in full detail before anything is resized.

  2. 02

    Social content systems

Grid layouts, story and reel covers and carousel templates that a marketing team can fill without breaking the look.

  3. 03

    Motion graphics

Animated key visuals, logo stings, short explainers and looping screens for events and shopfronts.

  4. 04

    Presentations and sales decks

Investor, sales and tender decks built on master slides your team can reuse.

Format study

One idea, every format

A campaign is one idea wearing many outfits. This strip takes a single real key visual from our Dubai Metaverse work and shows how it is re-composed, not stretched, for six common formats. The crops are a format study made for this page, not a campaign we delivered.

  1. Key visual crop of the Dubai Metaverse key visual 16:10 master

    01 Key visual

Where the idea is resolved first, at full detail.

  2. Feed post crop of the Dubai Metaverse key visual 4:5 · 1080 × 1350

    02 Feed post

Subject pulled to the centre; the headline stays inside the safe area.

  3. Story crop of the Dubai Metaverse key visual 9:16 · 1080 × 1920

    03 Story

A vertical re-composition that leaves room for the app’s own buttons at top and bottom.

  4. A4 flyer crop of the Dubai Metaverse key visual 210 × 297 mm

    04 A4 flyer

CMYK, 3 mm bleed, and text kept clear of the trim.

  5. Billboard crop of the Dubai Metaverse key visual 2:1 · 6 × 3 m

    05 Billboard

Read in two seconds from a moving car: fewer words, a larger mark.

  6. Deck slide crop of the Dubai Metaverse key visual 16:9 · 1920 × 1080

    06 Deck slide

A headline area and a content zone the sales team can reuse.

Formats change; the idea, colour and type stay fixed. Use the arrows or swipe.

Visual direction

Three projects that needed a strong visual hand

None of these was a print campaign. They were digital products where the visual direction decided whether people trusted what they saw. The same discipline of clear hierarchy, restrained colour and motion with a purpose is what we bring to campaign and content work.

Dubai, UAE

Dubai Metaverse

An immersive AR/VR world that combines exploration, live commerce and meetings. The visual task: make a digital city feel inviting to people who had never worn a headset, with an interface quiet enough to keep them present.

MetaConnect

A virtual meeting platform built for sessions of up to 10,000 seats. Hierarchy, motion and density were tuned so the same layout stays legible whether eight people or thousands are in the room.

Cairo, Egypt

Arabs Marketing Agency

A cinematic WebGL introduction that hands over to a calm marketplace. Confident type and disciplined spacing carry the authority; motion is used to direct attention, never as decoration.

Ways to work

Creative retainer or one-off project?

One-off projectCreative retainer
Best for A launch, a rebrand rollout, an event or a tender deck Steady monthly output: a social calendar, seasonal campaigns, refreshed sales material
Scope A fixed list of formats and languages agreed before work starts A monthly capacity agreed in advance, worked through a request queue
Timeline Runs to a deadline, then closes Rolls month to month, planned a quarter ahead
Continuity Templates handed over at the end The same designers learn your brand and keep it consistent
Billing Quoted per project Quoted per month for the agreed scope

A common path is to start with a project that builds the templates, then decide whether your ongoing volume justifies a retainer. Clients pay by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, PayPal and other methods.

Before you brief

What to put in a creative brief

  1. The objective: what should people do after seeing it?
  2. The audience, split by country and by language.
  3. Every format and size you already know you need.
  4. The live dates, including religious and national dates in each market.
  5. Mandatory elements: logo, legal lines, prices, QR codes.
  6. Your brand assets: guidelines, fonts, photography.
  7. Two references you like and one you don’t, with a sentence on why.
  8. Who approves, and how many rounds the timeline allows.

Sending the campaign on WhatsApp too? Meta charges for each marketing template message and requires opt-in, which affects how often a campaign can go out. Our WhatsApp guide for GCC businesses covers those rules.

What lands in your folder

  • Print-ready PDFs, built to your printer’s bleed, colour and font requirements.
  • Platform exports sized and compressed for each social network, website and email tool.
  • Motion files as MP4 for feeds and screens, plus lightweight loops for the web.
  • Editable source files in the tools we agree on, such as Figma or Adobe formats.
  • Font licence notes, so you know what your team may install and use.
  • Templates and a short usage note, so new posts stay on-brand between projects.

Graphics that will live on a website need the right sizes from day one. Our guide to website costs in the UAE and GCC covers how design work fits into a web budget.

Before files go to print. You sign off a soft proof first: a flattened PDF exactly as the printer will receive it, not a screen mock-up. Arabic text is converted to outlines only when the printer’s software cannot handle the font, and the live text stays in the source file so later edits remain possible. For large runs we suggest a hard proof from the printer itself, because paper stock and coating change how a colour reads, and a bright brand colour on uncoated paper rarely matches what you saw on a monitor. Every export is named by format, language and version, such as “flyer-a5-ar-v3.pdf”, so the Arabic and English files never get swapped at the print shop or inside a scheduling tool.

Questions

Creative and graphic design, answered

What do creative and graphic design services include?

At Nexlla: campaign key visuals, social content systems, motion graphics, presentations, print and editorial, packaging and labels, digital ads and banners, and infographics, designed in Arabic and English.

What is the difference between branding and graphic design?

Branding sets the rules: strategy, logo, colour, type and voice. Graphic design applies those rules to campaigns, posts, decks and print. If you do not have an identity yet, start with brand identity design.

Do you offer monthly creative retainers?

Yes. A retainer reserves an agreed monthly capacity for ongoing work such as a social calendar or seasonal campaigns. One-off projects are available for launches, events and decks.

How do you price graphic design work?

Projects are quoted per project and retainers per month, based on the formats, languages and volume involved. Clients pay by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, PayPal and other methods.

Can you produce content for several countries and languages at once?

Yes. We design the master in Arabic and English together, then adapt it per market, so a campaign running in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait stays one campaign.

What file formats will we receive?

Print-ready PDFs, platform-sized exports, MP4 motion files and editable source files, plus templates and font licence notes.

Can you animate our existing key visuals?

Yes. Static key visuals can be turned into short loops, logo stings and reel versions for social feeds, screens and presentations.

How quickly can you deliver a set of campaign graphics?

A focused set of launch graphics usually takes one to three weeks, depending on the number of formats and languages. Brief early for seasonal dates.
