Software development · Dubai, UAE

A software development company in Dubai that hands you the repo.

Custom backends, APIs, SaaS platforms, portals and integrations from a cloud-first studio founded in Dubai — designed, engineered and launched by one in-house team, then handed over with the code, a runbook and a repository you own. No outsourcing, no black box.

What we build

Custom software, from the data model up.

Custom software development for teams in Dubai and the UAE whose needs have outgrown off-the-shelf tools. One studio designs the interface, engineers the backend and wires in the systems around it.

01

Custom backends & APIs

The services, data models and APIs a product runs on, built on Node, Python or PHP with Postgres, MongoDB or Redis underneath, chosen to fit the brief.

Services · data · APIs

02

SaaS platforms

Multi-user products with accounts, roles, dashboards and billing, structured so new features can be added without a rebuild.

Accounts · roles · billing

03

Client & partner portals

Secure portals for projects, orders, invoices, files and approvals, with per-client access so every customer sees only their own workspace.

Portals · access control

04

Dashboards & internal tools

Analytics surfaces, ops consoles and admin tools that stay legible under real data load, so your team runs the business from one screen.

Analytics · ops · admin

05

Integrations

Payments, analytics, sign-in and third-party APIs connected into one system, instead of data copied between tools by hand.

Payments · OAuth · third-party APIs

06

Applied AI features

Assistants and automation wired into your real systems, multi-provider across Gemini, Claude or local Ollama, with every action confirmed by a person before it runs.

Assistants · retrieval · automation

Software we run ourselves

We build and host our own products, too.

Nexlla builds, hosts and maintains its own client software in-house. The team that would engineer your platform runs these products in production every day.

  • Website Dashboard. One login to run a website: content and articles, live analytics, team, portfolio, careers, scheduling, languages and brand.
  • Customer Portal. Clients track projects and milestones, view analytics, pay invoices, download files and approve work with an e-signature.
  • Marketing Suite. A CRM with a drag-and-drop deal pipeline, a unified inbox, forms and landing pages.
  • Shared foundations. All three are multilingual with Arabic and English included, and carry the Nello AI assistant plus a secure, per-user MCP connection to Claude and ChatGPT.

01

One team, interface to infrastructure

UI/UX, backend engineering, web and mobile, and applied AI sit in the same in-house studio, so the people who scope your software are the people who ship it.

02

Proof before the long commitment

We agree a fixed first milestone and deliver it before asking for any long retainer. You decide to continue based on shipped work, not a pitch.

03

Your code, your accounts

The IP in what we build transfers to you on delivery, deploys to accounts you control and ships with a documented runbook. NDAs are available on request.

04

Gulf hours, both directions

We work on Gulf Standard Time and build interfaces in English and Arabic, with right-to-left layouts treated as first-class rather than patched in later.

How an engagement works

From first call to a repo you keep.

Scope, timeline and the first milestone are written down before we begin, and the plan you approve is the plan we work to.

Step 01

Discovery call & written plan

A short call about what the software has to do and who uses it, then a written plan with scope, timeline and a fixed first milestone you can say yes or no to.

Step 02

Architecture & technical brief

Audits, data modelling, the stack and hosting decision and a technical brief, so constraints surface before a line of code is written.

Step 03

Build in reviewable increments

Production engineering against a staging environment you can watch fill in, with decisions documented as they are made.

Step 04

Launch to your accounts

QA, launch and deployment to the accounts and regions you choose, wherever practical, rather than a platform you have to keep renting.

~30 days

Stabilisation & handover

A stabilisation window is included after launch, then handover of the code, a documented runbook and a repository you own. An ongoing retainer is optional.

Stack & practice

Proven tools, chosen per brief.

We pick the stack that fits the software, not our portfolio, and explain the trade-off before work starts. Every tool below is one we run in production.

Application

Backend, data and front end.

Typed services and APIs on a relational or document store, with web front ends built on the same contracts.

Node Python PHP Laravel Postgres MongoDB Redis TypeScript React Next.js

Delivery & operations

Shipped and run with discipline.

CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerised deployments, and monitoring with on-call escalation.

Questions

Before you commission software.

Custom backends and APIs, SaaS platforms, client and partner portals, dashboards and internal tools, the integrations that connect them, and applied AI features. Web front ends and mobile apps can be built on the same backend by the same team.
The stack that fits the brief, not our portfolio. That usually means Node, Python or PHP with Postgres, MongoDB or Redis behind a React or Next.js front end, deployed with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. We explain the choice before we start.
You do. On delivery, the intellectual property in the code and assets we create for your project transfers to you. The work lives in a repository you control, deploys to your own accounts and ships with a documented runbook, with no proprietary layer to keep licensing from us.
Yes. Integrations are part of the build, from payments and analytics to sign-in and AI providers. In our own products, for example, we connect Stripe payments, Google Analytics and per-user OAuth logins.
Yes. We build bilingual Arabic and English interfaces with right-to-left layouts treated as first-class, and can add further languages where your users need them. Our own products are multilingual with Arabic and English included.
No, and we will not claim to be. What we can describe honestly are the practices we follow today: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerised deployments, monitoring and on-call cover, NDAs on request and client-owned repositories. If a formal certification is a requirement, tell us early.
A roughly 30-day stabilisation window is included so issues found in real use get fixed, along with a written runbook and handover of the repository. An ongoing retainer for features, monitoring and updates is available, but optional.
No. Nexlla was founded in Dubai in 2022 as a cloud-based, remote-first studio and works with clients worldwide, with the team also in Istanbul and Damascus. For UAE clients we work on Gulf Standard Time.
