Website
A new bilingual website for Superlaundry in Muscat that speaks to two audiences at once: hotels, restaurants and hospitals looking for a contract laundry partner, and households booking a pickup through the Superlaundry app. Interactive 3D scenes, a live price list and a step-by-step journey make the service easy to picture.
Superlaundry has cared for linen in Muscat since 2010, and its work had grown in two directions: yearly linen and uniform contracts for hotels, restaurants and hospitals, and an app that lets individuals book a pickup from their door. The new website had to explain both clearly, in English and Arabic, without making either audience feel like an afterthought.
Overview
This is a second chapter of our work with Superlaundry. We previously delivered the brand refresh and customer portal; this project is a new public website, built in 2026, that sits in front of the portal and the apps. It covers the full service offer: hotel and hospitality laundry, restaurant linen and uniforms, hospital and healthcare linen, linen and uniform supply contracts, a laundry-only service, and personal laundry and dry cleaning.
The site is fully bilingual. Every page has an Arabic version with a true right-to-left layout, not a translated copy pushed into a left-to-right template.
The Challenge
A hotel procurement team and a family in Muscat want different things from the same company. The business buyer needs to understand contracts, capacity, traceability and emergency pickups. The individual wants to know the price of a shirt and how the pickup works. Putting both on one homepage risks a site that serves neither well.
Laundry is also hard to show. Most of the service happens out of sight, at the plant and on the road. The website had to make that process visible and easy to trust before anyone picks up the phone.
What We Designed and Built
We organised the site around the two audiences from the very first screen, with a clear path for each:
- A business section covering sectors, yearly contracts, linen and uniform supply, tagged-item tracking, emergency pickups and a quote request.
- An individuals section built around the Superlaundry app: pin your door on the map, book a pickup, follow the order live and earn rewards points.
- A prices page that lists personal-customer prices item by item, matching the app.
- A “How it works” journey that follows an item from pickup to the plant, through cleaning and back.
- Service pages, an apps page for the customer app and the Team app, FAQ, careers and a journal.
Approach
We gave the site a calm, fresh visual language: cream and soft white surfaces, a confident green taken from the Superlaundry logo, and large, friendly type. To make an invisible service tangible, we built interactive 3D scenes into key pages: a washing drum with floating bubbles on the homepage, a stack of hotel towels you can lift, a bed you can make again with a click, and phones you can turn to see the apps.
The Arabic version was designed alongside the English one. Navigation, headings, buttons and the 3D compositions all mirror correctly for right-to-left reading.
The Experience
A hotel manager lands on the site and, within a scroll, sees the sectors Superlaundry serves, how contracts work and how to ask for a quote. A resident sees the app, the prices and a simple way to book a pickup. Both meet the same brand, the same standard of care and the same 24/7 support line.
On mobile the experience stays just as clear: the hero, the calls to action and the 3D scenes are composed for a phone screen first.
Outcome and Impact
Superlaundry now has a website that matches the breadth of its service. Business and personal customers each have their own route, the process is shown rather than described, and Arabic-speaking visitors get a first-class experience. The new site is live, alongside the portal and the apps we built before it.
