Website
Elite Motors is a car service workshop in Misfah, Muscat. Nexlla built its whole digital platform: a bilingual website, a staff portal that runs the workshop floor, a customer app for booking and approving work, and a crew app for technicians. One system, in Arabic and English.
01 The brief
A workshop that customers can see into
Most car workshops still run on phone calls, paper job cards and photos sent over chat. The customer hands over the keys and waits. The desk chases technicians for updates, and approvals for extra work happen in a quick call that nobody can check later.
Elite Motors, in the Misfah industrial area on the Muscat to Nizwa highway, wanted the opposite: a customer who can follow the car, read what the technician found and approve every line before work starts, and a team that runs the whole floor from one place. In Arabic and English, on the web and on the phone.
02 Website
A website with the weight of the workshop
The public site introduces Elite Motors as a premium workshop for luxury, exotic, electric and everyday vehicles. The hero turns the Elite mark into a sculpted, brushed-metal form, and every page leads to one action: book a service.
- Fifteen service pages, from general maintenance and engine work to EV care, body and paint, and trucks
- Pages for road assist, fleet and corporate customers, insurance repairs and government entities
- Gallery, knowledge articles, careers and contact
- Full legal set: privacy, terms, cookies, warranty and service terms
- Every page in English and in Arabic, right to left

03 Staff portal
The whole floor on one screen
Service advisors and managers run the workshop from the staff portal, on a desktop or on the staff phone app. Each car moves across a board from arrival to delivery, and everyone sees the same picture.
- Bookings as a calendar, a board or a day list, with every service in each visit
- A jobs board from arrival, check-in and inspection to approval, repair and delivery
- Quotes in versions that the customer approves line by line, and invoices built only from approved lines
- Inspections with photos, video and the technician’s voice notes
- Branches, bays, technicians and their skills, working hours and a bay board for the workshop TV
- Customers and vehicles, alerts, enquiries, road assist and door-to-door desks, fleet and insurance work

04 Customer app
Book in a minute, approve with a tap
The customer app for Android, also available on the web, puts the visit in the customer’s hands. Booking is a short series of steps: the car, the services, a time, how the car gets to the workshop, then a review.
- Several services in one visit, searchable in English and Arabic
- Free times worked out from the real bays and technicians, skipping closed and full days
- Live progress for the car, with a notification at every change
- Inspection reports in plain language, marked red, amber or green, with photos and video
- Quotes approved or declined line by line: nothing is repaired before the customer agrees
- Invoices, rewards, reminders, car documents and a road assist request in the same app

05 Crew app
Built for hands that are busy
Technicians and drivers get their own app with big buttons and only what they need. A technician clocks on, records findings and moves the job on, and the desk sees it straight away.
- Today’s tasks and a job card for each car
- Only the next steps that person is allowed to take, checked again by the server
- Findings marked red, amber or green, with a photo or video required for anything red or amber
- Spoken notes recorded while filming, played back to the desk
- Scans job card QR codes and part barcodes, and keeps working on a weak signal until it can send
- Technicians never see a customer’s phone number or email

06 Arabic first
Two languages, neither one a translation
Arabic was designed in from the first screen, not added at the end. Layouts, icons, arrows and step bars mirror for right-to-left reading across the website, the portal and both apps, and each person chooses their language. The portal and both apps also come in light and dark themes.
الدقّة تقودنا. والتميّز هويتنا.

07 Built to be trusted
Security and fairness, in plain words
Approval comes first
An approved quote cannot be changed. The system refuses work or an invoice above what the customer approved; anything more needs a new approval.
Checked on the server
Every read and every change is checked by role and branch on the server, not only hidden in the screen.
Private by design
Technicians never see customer contact details, and lock-screen notifications carry no personal details or approval links.
A record that stays true
Approvals, car hand-overs and payments are written once and never edited, so the history of every job can be trusted.
Safe sign-in
Two-step sign-in for staff, and a new phone number or email only counts once it has been confirmed.
Ready for a bad day
Backups with a practised restore, health checks, and branded emails and push notifications in both languages.
