Why direct orders leak away

Great food, frustrating flow.

Guests are ready to order — and then the interface gets in the way. A clunky checkout, a confusing reservation, a menu that won't scroll cleanly on a phone: each one sends the order to a third-party app that takes the margin and the relationship with it.

Checkout abandoned. Too many steps and unclear pricing, so a ready guest drops out before paying.

Reservations confusing. A booking flow that's harder than calling, so tables and data are lost.

Menu fights the phone. Hard to browse on mobile, where almost every order now starts.
