We design healthcare UX for booking, portals and apps that patients understand and staff can run, multilingual (15+ languages), built in-house in Dubai.

Why digital care frustrates patients

Excellent care, anxious interface.

Clinical care is world-class; the digital front door isn't. Booking is clunky, the portal is confusing, forms repeat themselves — and every point of friction adds anxiety for the patient and phone calls for reception, right when people are least patient.

Portal is confusing. Results and prescriptions buried, so patients call reception to find them.
