A hotel is a hundred printed and on-screen touchpoints — menus, signage, key-card sleeves, spa cards, in-room collateral, campaigns and OTA creative. Why hotel graphics drift

Five-star lobby, mismatched menu.

Menus get reprinted by the outlet, signage by the fabricator, OTA creative by an agency, in-room by whoever's free. Each is fine alone — together they quietly tell the guest the property isn't quite as premium as the rate.
